Where do you ship to?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders for our costumers. We use well known international carriers to insure your order gets to you quickly and securely.

When will I receive my tracking information?

Once you have placed your order, we will process it and you will receive your tracking code  within 1-2 days.

How long may take my order to arrive?

Your order will ship out as soon as it is processed by our warehouse. Our order delivery times vary depending on your location, the product design and item. May take 12-28 days but mos of the times product arrive earlier.

Where do my products come from?

We currently have warehouse/ shipping facilities in United States, France and China. We try our best to ship from the warehouse closest to you. In cases we are unable to do so because of the limited stock we ship from our main warehouse in China.

Do you accept refund and exchanges?

Yes, we accept refund and exchange if the problem is made accidentally from our team, meaning damage of product or missing item.

You can only cancel an order before product ships out. Please contact our team immediately if you would like  to make changes to your order.
